All orders placed on this website are sold by BAYZONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Your invoice is issued in that name, and the payment descriptor on your bank or card statement will refer to that merchant.
What we sell, and what it is for
We sell microgreen, sprouting and fodder seed intended for growing. Seed listed on this website is supplied for sowing and growing. It is not processed, roasted or packed as a ready-to-eat product, and the trays and kits sold alongside it are equipment, taxed as such.
By placing an order you confirm that you are purchasing the products for lawful sowing, cultivation, horticultural, nursery or agricultural purposes.
Germination and yield depend on sowing date, climate, soil, irrigation, storage after delivery and cultural practice, all of which are outside our control. Any germination figure, days-to-maturity or yield note shown on a product page is indicative typical performance under suitable conditions and is not a guarantee of the result you will obtain.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to order from this website. An account with a verified email address is required before checkout, because we use that address to send your order confirmation, invoice and delivery updates.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us at support@bayzonsbeejwala.shop immediately if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.
Prices, taxes and the amount you pay
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless the product page states otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Before you pay, the checkout page itemises the product total, the GST amount and the shipping charge, and shows the total payable. That total is the only amount you will be charged. No fee, surcharge or handling charge is added after the payment page.
Each product page states the HSN code and the GST treatment recorded for that item. Seed for sowing classified under HSN 1209 is nil-rated or exempt where applicable; a product whose nature or intended use does not qualify is taxed at the rate shown on its page. The treatment in force at the time of sale is retained on your invoice.
Prices, specifications and availability may change without notice. If a pricing or stock error is discovered after you order, we will contact you and either confirm the corrected order with your consent or cancel it and refund you in full.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order by email after your payment is verified, or, for cash on delivery, when we confirm the order for dispatch.
We may decline or cancel an order where the product is out of stock, where a listing carried a material error, where the delivery address is not serviceable, where the order appears fraudulent, or where we are unable to verify the details you gave us. If we cancel an order for which you have already paid, we refund the full amount.
Payments
Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partner over an encrypted connection. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials at any point.
Every payment is reconciled against exactly one order using the transaction reference returned by the gateway. If money leaves your account but the order does not appear, contact us with the transaction reference and we will trace it. A payment that fails or is abandoned is not captured; where a bank has placed a temporary hold, it is released by the bank in the normal course.
Cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹20,000 to serviceable PIN codes, and carries a ₹50 handling charge shown at checkout. Repeated refusal of COD shipments may result in COD being withdrawn from an account.
Refunds are always returned to the original payment method. We do not refund to a different account, card or instrument.
Delivery
We dispatch within 1-2 working days of a confirmed order and delivery typically takes 3-7 working days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Full details, including charges, serviceability and what happens to an undelivered parcel, are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. After dispatch, our Return & Refund Policy applies. Both policies are published in full and form part of these terms.
Your obligations
You agree not to use this website to place fraudulent orders, to interfere with its operation or security, to extract its content by automated means for a competing service, or to resell products in a manner that misrepresents what they are. You agree that the details you give us — name, address, phone number and email — are accurate and are yours to use.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including its text, product descriptions, photography, layout, logos and code, belongs to BAYZONS PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written permission. Variety names, public-sector release names and third-party trade marks referred to in product descriptions remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the seed being sold.
Liability
We supply the products described. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for crop failure, reduced yield, loss of profit or consequential loss arising from sowing conditions, weather, pests, disease, soil, irrigation, storage after delivery or cultural practice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Grievance redressal
If something has gone wrong, write to support@bayzonsbeejwala.shop with your order number. We aim to acknowledge within one working day and resolve within a reasonable period.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, escalate it to our grievance officer at grievance@bayzonsbeejwala.shop, quoting the earlier correspondence. Support hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST.
Governing law and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
