First response — within one working day of raising a request.
Cancellation before dispatch — actioned same day, refund raised immediately where a payment was captured.
Damaged or wrong item — report within 7 days of delivery with photographs.
Refund posting — 7 working days to the original payment method after approval.
Escalation — if a request is unresolved, write to grievance@bayzonsbeejwala.shop.
